No link on this site earns a commission from a card issuer. Every link to an issuer goes straight to the issuer's website, with no tracking parameters. A few of the Chinese guides include my own invite link, the kind friends send each other: when you sign up through it, you and I each get a reward. The link text for these says “invite link” or “referral link”, and the end of the guide explains it once more.

My own referral links

I use the services below myself. Where a guide talks about them, some include my invite link. If you sign up through it, you and I each get a reward. If you sign up on the official site instead, the service works exactly the same.

This site needs referral commissions to keep running. Once I join a referral program:

Links that carry a commission will say "includes commission" right next to the link, not hidden in the footer.
If there is a way to apply for the same card without a commission that is better for you, I'll list that too.
Which card ranks first, and whether it's worth getting, is based on its value to readers, not on how high the commission is.
Cards that pay no commission are still listed and still verified.

What I won't do

I won't take money for rankings or good reviews.
I won't disguise referral links as ordinary links.
I won't write "limited time" or "last day" unless I've verified it.
